Privacy Policy

Sleeveworks is built and operated by PENGUINS LLC ("we," "us"). Sleeveworks is designed to run entirely on your device. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

The short version

We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Your conversations stay on your iPhone.

On-device processing

The AI model runs locally on your device. Your messages, the assistant's replies, and your saved conversations are stored only on your iPhone. We have no servers that receive or store your conversations.

Microphone & speech

If you use voice features, the app records audio only while you are actively talking and transcribes it to text using on-device speech recognition. Audio and transcripts are not sent to us.

Optional online lookup

Sleeveworks includes an optional "online lookup" feature that is off by default. If you turn it on, a search query you trigger may be sent over the internet to Wikipedia to fetch public information. This is the only feature that sends data off your device, it happens only when you enable it, and it does not include personal or account information.

Model download

On first launch, the app downloads the AI model from a third-party hosting provider (Hugging Face). This is a standard file download and does not transmit personal information about you.

Purchases

Any purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Children

Sleeveworks is not directed to children and is rated for a mature audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
