First launch is downloading — is that normal?
Yes. The first time you open Sleeveworks it downloads the on-device AI model (a few gigabytes). Keep the app open and connected to Wi-Fi until the loading screen finishes. After that, it runs offline.
Does it work without internet?
Yes — once the model has downloaded, Sleeveworks works fully offline. The only feature that uses the internet is the optional "online lookup," which is off by default.
Why does it need so much storage / memory?
The AI runs entirely on your device, so the model is stored locally. Sleeveworks automatically picks a model size that fits your iPhone.
How does voice work?
On the voice screen: tap to talk, tap again to send, and tap to interrupt while it's responding. Speech is transcribed on-device.
Can I change the personality or voice?
Yes. Swipe to the personality picker to switch characters, and each personality has its own voice you can change in its settings.
How do I restore a purchase?
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Reinstalling or signing in with the same Apple ID restores anything you've bought.
